11.11.11 Angelic Higher Self Activation Meditation
(Written Transcript Below, plus German Translation)
I was guided to record and put this meditation up right now, as an alternative to the 'Essential daily Practices' in the lead-up to the 11.11.11. My guides seem to think it's essential to connect with our Angelic Higher Self daily instead! Actually, it has many of the important steps of the usual 'Daily Practices', plus much more :) The video below explains special mudras you can use with the meditation to make the meditation more powerful and enjoyable.

WRITTEN TRANSCRIPT: Angelic Higher Self Activation
(German translation below)
Bring your awareness inside now, into your inner Light. Say out loud, ‘I call light to myself now!’ and feel yourselves instantly transfixed in a glorious column of Light from Source. The column is 22 feet in diameter, flowing through you and down, into Gaia below.
Say, ‘I concentrate and expand my aura now!’ You feel as if you are switching on your egg-shaped aura on like a Light bulb, pushing your aura out 6 feet or more in all directions. Push it out to your front. Push it out behind you so that the front & back are even. Push your Light out to the left & right of your body, 6 feet or more ... above and below ... and experience yourself as a great being of pure white Light!
Say out loud, ‘I open my cosmic & earth star portals now!’ Watch the chakras at the top & bottom of your auras opening, allowing a more concentrated Light to flow in through all 12 chakras – 3 chakras spinning above your head, 7 within your body and 2 below, one of these directly below your feet.
Say, ‘I ground myself into Gaia now’, and with love, send a cord of Light from your belly, down through your open Earth Star Portal into the magnificent magnetic core crystal of Gaia, directly below you.
Tune into your prana tube now, the blue-white crystalline breathing tube 2 inches in diameter which runs through the centre of your body. Say out loud ‘I activate my prana tube now’, and extend it up through your crown chakra, through the top of your aura, into the heart of the great central sun. Extend your prana tube down now, through your root chakra, through your Earth star portal chakra, into the heart of Gaia. Slow down & deepen your breath. Breathe through your prana tube into the crystalline turquoise frequency of the One-heart. Activate the flow of Light & Love from above and below, with your in-breath breathing it into your One-heart chakra in your chest – with your out-breath into your aura.
As you breathe Love & Light continuously in from above and below into your heart, feel your angelic wings begin to unfurl from between your shoulder blades, into your aura. Your great angelic wings uncurl into your aura, and you experience yourself as a majestic Golden Angel of Light, seeded onto this planet of beauty. Crystalline Angelic beings of light are you dear ones.
In order to fully activate your angelic Higher Self, see your third eye as a glowing indigo cave in the very centre of your brain ... and within this indigo cave is a violet flame. Send a violet cord of Light now, from this flame in your third eye, down through your throat and into your One-heart in your chest. See your One-heart as an iridescent turquoise diamond spinning with the love of all in creation. Watch the violet flame from your third eye igniting your heart and surrounding it – a violet Light within this connection now between your third eye and One-heart.
Experience the angelic nature; the crystalline nature of your being, and thus it is that you move into the vibration of your Christed Selves. In 2012 we move into the One-heart fully, and we who embody the One-heart usher in the Age of Light, peace & harmony. Visualise all human beings on our planet as golden angels. And so it is that we create Heaven on Earth. Namaste.
German translation - zur Aktivierung des „Himmlischen Höheren Selbst“ (zur Vorbereitung auf den 11.11.11 und 2012)
Bring jetzt deine Aufmerksamkeit nach innen, in dein inneres Licht. Sprich laut: „Ich rufe jetzt das LICHT zu mir!“ und fühle dich augenblicklich von einer strahlenden Lichtsäule umgeben. Die Säule hat einen Durchmesser von knapp 7 Metern und fließt durch dich durch und hinunter in Gaia.
Sprich: "Ich konzentriere mich und dehne meine Aura jetzt aus!" Du fühlst dich, als ob du deine eiförmige Aura anschaltest wie eine Glühbirne und sie 2 Meter oder weiter in alle Richtungen ausdehnst. Dehne deine Aura nach vorne aus. Dehne sie nach hinten aus, so dass die Vorder- und Rückseite Deiner Aura gleich sind. Dehne dein Licht nach links und nach rechts aus, 2 Meter oder weiter ... nach oben und nach unten ... und erlebe dich selbst als ein großartiges Wesen aus reinem weißem Licht!
Sprich laut: "Ich öffne jetzt mein kosmisches und mein Erden-Sternportal!" Sieh, wie sich die Chakren oben und unten an deiner Aura öffnen und ein stärker konzentriertes Licht durch alle 12 Chakren einfließen lassen - 3 Chakren drehen sich über dem Kopf, 7 innerhalb deines Körpers und 2 unterhalb, eins davon direkt unter deinen Füßen.
Sprich: "Ich erde mich jetzt in Gaia“, und schicke eine Lichtschnur aus deinem Bauch mit Liebe hinunter, durch dein geöffnetes Erden-Sternportal hinein in den herrlichen magnetischen Kernkristall von Gaia, direkt unter Dir.
Stimme Dich jetzt auf deinen Prana Kanal ein, das blau-weiße kristalline Atemrohr, 5 cm im Durchmesser, das durch die Mitte des Körpers verläuft. Sprich laut: "Ich aktiviere jetzt meinen Prana Kanal“, und dehne ihn nach oben aus, durch dein Kronenchakra, durch die Spitze deiner Aura, bis in das Herz der Großen Zentralsonne. Dehne deinen Prana Kanal nun nach unten aus, durch dein Wurzel-Chakra, durch dein Erden-Sternportal Chakra, bis in das Herz von Gaia. Werde langsamer und atme tiefer. Atme durch deinen Prana Kanal in die kristalline türkisfarbene Schwingung des EIN-Herzens. Aktiviere den Fluss von Licht und Liebe von oben und unten, mit dem Einatmen in dein EIN-Herz-Chakra in deiner Brust - mit dem Ausatmen in deine Aura.
Während du Licht und Liebe gleichmäßig von oben und unten in dein Herz einatmest, fühle, wie deine Engelsflügel anfangen, sich aus deinen Schulterblättern zu entfalten, in deine Aura. Deine großartigen Engelsflügel strecken sich aus in deine Aura und du erlebst dich selbst als ein majestätischer Goldener Lichtengel, ausgesät auf diesen Planeten der Schönheit. Kristalline engelsgleiche Lichtwesen seid ihr Lieben.
Um dein Himmlisches Höheres Selbst vollständig zu aktivieren, sieh dein drittes Auge als eine glühende indigofarbene „Höhle“ mitten im Zentrum deines Gehirns ... und innerhalb dieser „Indigo-Höhle“ ist eine violette Flamme. Sende nun eine violette Lichtschnur aus dieser Flamme in deinem dritten Auge nach unten durch deinen Hals und in Dein Ein-Herz in deiner Brust. Sieh dein Ein-Herz als einen schillernden türkisen Diamanten, der sich in der Liebe zur ganzen Schöpfung dreht. Sieh, wie die violette Flamme aus deinem dritten Auge dein Herz entflammt und es umgibt - ein violettes Licht, das jetzt innerhalb der Verbindung zwischen deinem dritten Auge und deinem Ein-Herz leuchtet.
Erlebt die Engelsnatur, die kristalline Natur eures Seins, damit begebt ihr euch in die Schwingung eures Christus-Selbst. Im Jahre 2012 bewegen wir uns voll und ganz in das Ein-Herz, und wir, die wir das Ein-Herz verkörpern, leiten das Zeitalter des Lichts, des Friedens und der Harmonie ein. Visualisiert alle Menschen auf unserem Planeten als goldene Engel. Und so erschaffen wir den Himmel auf Erden.

Dear sister, today, when I tried your "Angelic Higher Self Activation Meditation", I cried. After watching your 7steps to 2012, remembering your 7th step, connecting with gaia, and then transmuting the light, in the meditation, from the heavens into gaia WITH LOVE, I couldn't help but cry. I cried for how much I love gaia and how I long to show her each and every waking moment. I cried because I could feel her love as well, it was so incredibly strong and nourishing. I don't encounter quite an unconditional love like that very often. Perhaps every now and then in brief moments with humans or animals but now that I connected with her again through this meditation, I can feel that love every time I concentrate on it. Dear Sister, I've been utilizing the 11-11-11 meditation as much as possible on a daily basis. Today I listened to it repeatedly as my bus traveled from the burbs to the big city. I followed it up with Krishna Das' cd Heart As Wide As The World. By the time I reached work, I was oozing with LOVE. I look forward to seeing you again soon. Dear Solara, i just want you to know that your new meditation 11 11 11 ohh is soooo powerful!!! When I arrived to the part of visulalizing my third eye with the flame and then puting the flame in my hart BOOOM my head intantly went back completle and my tongue went up to my palate - my heart was beating very fast and also I was breathing very quickly although i was in so much peace I stayed in that position for 10 min at that time I wasnt in charge of my body. i couldn´t move my brain didnt respond , i knew something was happenig to me something good !!!! Afterwards I felt like I was a different person very weird but beautifull at the same time.I stayed in a meditation state for 15 min more and return to my physical body slowly.. Hey, I liked your NEW pleiadian essential daily practises! I always feel so much better after I do your meditations. This meditation makes me feel that I am back on my track again and definitely feel whole and truly ME again.
